Adaptive is a global company with employees from many countries and many cultures. What I enjoy most about working at Adaptive is the company's initiatives to keep us engaged and communicating with one another. For example, the Diversity and Inclusion Festival. It took place in October 2022, and every week we learned from external experts about topics that impact us all both in and out of the office; participation included people of all levels within the company. From the topics and speakers that were chosen, I get the sense that Adaptive put a lot of thought in.

If I’m completely honest, this is one of the major things that make me want to come to work every day and be a part of Adaptive. The opportunity to have positive exchanges with my colleagues offsets many of the demands and challenges of the typical workday.

The recruitment process

We want you to have the best experience possible

The process can change slightly depending on the role you applied for, but we will not take you through dozens of unnecessary steps; that would be stressful, time-consuming and tiring; and not our way of doing things! We will brief you from the start, so you know exactly what to expect. However, here you can get an idea of our recruitment proccess.

  1. Well done, you!

    Changes are challenging and sometimes scary, but rewarding for sure!

  2. Review

    We will review your CV and if it's a good fit, we will move forward.

  3. Intro call

    Initial call with one of our expert recruiters. For us, it’s important to meet both the professional and the person. This is when we will also tell you everything about us and answer any initial questions you might have.

  4. Well done on your first interview with us!

    We will now be discussing internally whether you and us are a good fit. Hopefully, you are also doing the same - it takes two to tango!

  5. Video chat

    If we are both happy so far, you will have a first video chat with one of our technical colleagues. During this stage, you will be asked a few questions about your technical skills and experience, and the team will be available for any more questions.

  6. We know, we know; waiting is a real pain at this stage.

    We promise, we are hurrying to get back to you asap. Don’t forget you can always contact your recruiter if you have further questions or concerns!

  7. Final interview

    Either virtually or in-person, you will meet up with 2 members of Adaptive to dig deeper into your expertise and most importantly, for you to ask all the questions you might still have.

  8. Whoop, whoop!

    The process is now finished, and hopefully you are now a new member of the Adaptive team!
