Adaptive at the Fixed Income Leaders Summit 2023
From October 2nd to 4th 2023, the Fixed Income Leaders Summit of Europe will take place in Barcelona, Spain. This event is the largest Buy Side and Fixed Income gathering, and reunites the leaders of the most relevant Heads of Fixed Income in Europe. Adaptive is proud to be once again one of the sponsors, exhibiting and speaking at the event.
Paul Weiss, CTO at Adaptive will participate in the panel “Defining the evolving trading role: How can you use the latest technology to enable desk flexibility and succeed in different market conditions?” where he will discuss alongside other experts how technology enables desk flexibility and helps to succeed in different market conditions.

Paul Weiss began his career at Adaptive in 2016 as a developer and technical lead, working on various key projects for the firm, before taking on the role of CTO in May 2023. Weiss is responsible for technology initiatives across the firm whilst also providing technical oversight and guidance across Adaptive’s consultancy delivery.
Prior to joining Adaptive, Weiss co-founded messaging start-up my-Channels, which produced Nirvana, the core capital markets messaging product for building single dealer platforms. Weiss sold the business to Software AG in 2012, where he served as Software Engineering Manager until joining Adaptive.
Paul holds a degree in Computer Science (BSc) from Brunel University London.
