When Tradu set out to modernise retail trading back in 2021, we partnered to build their progressive web app (PWA) trading platform across CFD and Spread Betting (SB)—a performant, modular foundation designed for continuous evolution.

New capability: 1‑Click Trade

In high-stakes trading environments, every millisecond counts. Tradu wanted a way for experienced users to execute trades with lightning speed, minimizing slippage in volatile market conditions. The solution? 1-Click Trade.

Together we have launched 1‑Click Trade, allowing professional traders to execute market orders (buy or sell) instantly, bypassing confirmation steps to give them the edge they need for faster decision-making and near-instant position access on the Tradu PWA platforms.

From concept to production in 3 sprints

The feature itself is significant, but the real story is the speed of its delivery.

The 1-Click-Trade moved from concept to production in three sprints. This rapid delivery included: gathering all the requirements, writing user stories, refining them, and carrying the work all the way through development and testing.

This velocity was driven by tight collaboration of the Tradu and Adaptive teams and disciplined execution.

• Co‑creation with Tradu: Jointly refined user stories, flows, and risk controls.
• Rapid PoC: Validated UX, execution paths, and performance characteristics early.
• Iterative hardening: Elevated the PoC into a highly polished, production releases.

The work also involved some back-end development to configure all the associated 1-click trading risk management parameters. This ensures the fast front-end is supported by solid regulatory and risk controls.

Our collaborative partnership continues to focus on velocity and trade-flow optimisation. Phase two will see the launch of 1-Click Trade executed directly from the charts. More broadly, the teams are engaged in a platform-wide review to radically reduce the steps required between log-in and placing a trade.
