At Adaptive, culture is more than just words on a website; it’s something we practice, constantly evolving and shaped by our collective actions and attitudes.
In 2012, when Adaptive was first established, we all fit in a room, so fostering relationships and cultivating shared values came naturally. Now, 13 years later, we’re a global company with offices in Barcelona, London, Manila, Montreal, and New York and count a few hundred people globally. Writing things down as we continue to expand helps us preserve those values and serves as a guiding principle for our work and interactions.

With an incredible 93% response rate and an 81% engagement score, the results reaffirm our commitment to building a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported, and motivated to succeed.
